Far away from the demographic dividend, intensive policy reform, the surge in labor costs, enterprises are bound by the cost, development and thus limited. This course is based on the human resources management, and jump out of the narrow range of human costs, from the pay, tax, management and other aspects of analysis, put forward effective cost management and risk control program.
