改善步驟（IMPROVEMENT STEPS）
1. 請資材部提供最近兩個月的欲生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品計劃 （Take the forecast schedule form PC (2 months) and compare with Production schedule）
-確定量大的產(chǎn)品（Sort high models in the schedule）
2. 制定IE改善計劃（Make IE improvement schedule ）
-從生產(chǎn)排程中挑選量大、成本高的產(chǎn)品進行改善 （Select models to high order & cost from forecast schedule for improvement）
-改善的五個步驟（5 steps for improvement）
1觀測（Observation）
2分析，BF&AF表單填寫（Analyze , Before & After sheet）3改善（Implement）
4改善效果追蹤（Follow up）

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時與作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書的修訂（update Std time）
3. 觀測流水線作業(yè)時間（Observation time in production line）
-每個工序測5個時間（Observe 5 times/Process）
-包含損失的時間（Not include lost time in observe time (C/T)）
4.BF&AF表的制作（Before & After sheet）
這里分3個部分（There are 3 parts）
1.BF&AF表（Before & After）
-比較改善前（IE工時、觀測時間）和改善后（計劃改善工時、實際改善工時）
（Comparison between Before (IE,Observation)and After (Plan,Actual)）
2. 關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)匯總表（Summary）
-最大循環(huán)時間（C/T）
-生產(chǎn)線平衡率（Line balance efficiency）
-產(chǎn)出數(shù)量（Output）
-標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時（Std time）
3. 繪制圖表（Graph）
5. 改善匯總Summary improvement
所有改進后的產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)匯總表（Summary all models after implement already）
-標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時（Std time）
-生產(chǎn)線平衡率（Line balance efficiency）
-產(chǎn)出數(shù)量（Output）
-人力（Man power）
